DMCA Policy
cricfy.net.in is a download mirror and information resource for the Cricfy TV Android application. We do not host, upload, broadcast or store any of the live-stream content the application aggregates. Nevertheless, we honour valid copyright takedown notices in good faith under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act and equivalent Indian provisions.
How to file a DMCA notice
Email a written notice to [email protected] containing all of the following:
- Your full legal name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A clear description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (work title, registration number if applicable).
- The exact URL(s) on cricfy.net.in where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices will be returned with a request for the missing element. Valid notices are actioned within 24 hours of receipt.
Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing: your contact details, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district where you are located.
Repeat infringers
cricfy.net.in does not host user-generated content, so the repeat-infringer policy applies to upstream sources we link to: a second valid DMCA notice for the same source results in permanent delisting from our index.
What this policy is not
This policy is not legal advice, does not waive any rights, and does not constitute an admission. cricfy.net.in is a passive information mirror.
